Instructions:

In a baking bowl, mix all ingredients well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours with the lid closed.

Drain and reserve a mug of the marinade. Stir the marinade in the saucepan with the pork and sauté over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.

Brown the meat, stirring throughout, for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with long grain rice.
