Instructions:

For the rum balls, mix melted couverture with walnuts and powdered sugar. Only then incorporate rum (chocolate coating could otherwise form lumps!). Knead all ingredients well and let rest.

Form small balls from the mass, dip briefly in rum water and then roll in chopped pistachios, chocolate sprinkles, brittle or sugar sprinkles.
