Instructions:

Boil the cucumbers until soft, remove the stalks and strain. Mix with honey, poppy seeds and brandy and season with cinnamon. From the mass form a roll of about 3-4 cm in diameter. In the same length, pat out the butter in a rectangular shape on a plastic sheet, place the poppy seed roll on top, fold the butter over it and shape it into a Striezel. Decorate with butter ornaments as desired.
