Ingredients for a 320 mm baking pan Butter the cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Cut the potatoes into small slices and sprinkle one part over the bottom.

Cut the ham into small strips and sprinkle one part on top.

Mix the eggs with the whipped cream, season and sprinkle one part over the ham.

Add two more layers of potato slices and Black Forest Ham, each of which is basted with about egg whipped cream.

Finally, spread the grated cheese over everything together and bake the baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

To serve, cut out the side ring and chop the pie into even wedge-shaped pieces.

To round off the taste, you can serve it with a strong herb ricotta dip.
