Instructions:

Clean vegetables and grate them on the rösti grater. Steam until crisp and cooked. Use zucchini raw.

Stir millet or oatmeal with milk and egg, season with salt and pepper. Strip rosemary needles from the branch and chop finely. Chop the chives. Stir the herbs and vegetables into the millet mixture.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan. Portion millet mixture with a tablespoon, add to pan, toast burgers on both sides over medium heat for 3 min each.

Serving tip: Bring to the table with steamed vegetables and leaf salad.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
