For the Caribbean spareribs, rinse the meat and pat dry.
Mix a marinade of peanut oil, coconut milk, lemongrass, pineapple juice, green curry paste, basil and ginger.Put the spareribs in the marinade and let them marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight.Then remove too much marinade from the spareribs. Salt and pepper.
Put the spareribs on the grill in Caribbean style and grill for about 5-7 minutes. Turn over again and again.
