Instructions:

Boil the milk with a pinch of salt, pour in the semolina and stir until the whole becomes solid. Then let it cool down. In the meantime, whisk the light butter, yolks, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla sugar until creamy and then mix into the cooled semolina. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the semolina mixture together with the raisins. Fill the mixture into a greased gratin dish and bake in the oven at 200 °C for 1 hour.
