Instructions:

For the Kaiserschöberl, beat the egg whites until stiff, add salt and carefully stir in the yolks. Mix grated Parmesan cheese with flour and fold into the yolk mixture. Mix in the melted butter.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C for about 13 minutes. Let cool and cut into lozenges.

Use the Kaiserschöberl as soup garnish.
