For the Vogerlsalat first wash the Vogerlsalat and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a bowl.

Then add the oil, cider vinegar, water, salt and sugar and mix with a whisk. Finally, pour the dressing over the lettuce and spread evenly.
