Instructions:

Rinse spring onions and carrots. Cut spring onions into rings and carrots into narrow slices.

Bring the clear soup to the boil in a saucepan. Add the millet and carrot slices, bring to a boil and simmer at low temperature with the lid closed for about 20 min.

After 15 minutes, add the spring onions and cook.

Quarter the salami slices and add to the millet form.

Season the stew with salt and pepper. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle on top.
