For the homemade herbal salt in a not too small mortar crush the finely chopped herbs, add the salt and mix well again.

The less the herbs are crushed, the better the flavor. Place in a shallow dish to dry and cover with a kitchen towel.

After 2-3 days, you can put the salt in a suitable container or salt mill.
