Instructions:

Clean the fennel, chop the tender cabbage, cut the fennel into thin slices.

Sauté meat in oil, turning, add fennel (without cabbage), extinguish with soup and orange juice, add and simmer gently for twenty minutes.

Add sauce half cream, let it bubble, season with little paprika, pepper and salt.

Before serving, garnish with a little orange peel and fennel herb.

Serve with e.g. Wild Rice Mix.
