Instructions:

Make the cauliflower, but not too soft. Divide into individual roses. Sprinkle with flour, then coat with egg and cheese. Fry in oil until golden brown. Mix the yogurt with pressed garlic and salt. Cool the baked cauliflower and pour the sauce on top.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
