For the taramasalata with tuna, roughly chop the bread and put it in a bowl. Cover with water and let soak for about 10 minutes. Grind the tuna together with garlic, onions and lemon juice with a blender.

Squeeze the bread well with your hands and add it to the blender as well. Blend all the ingredients until smooth for about 2 minutes, gradually adding the oil until you get a smooth cream. Cover and chill the cream in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, garnish the taramasalata with tuna with the olives.
