A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Heat oil, sauté long grain rice in it. Add salt and water, bring to the boil and swell for 20 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat butter, sauté mushrooms for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Stir eggs and whipped cream with cheese and parsley, fold in long grain rice and mushrooms, fill the amount into a greased baking dish and put into the cold oven.
