For Presnac preheat the oven to 250 degrees. In a baking dish (preferably round) pour enough oil to cover the entire bottom (do not smear just a little oil, the bottom should be covered at least 1 mm).

Heat the oil strongly. In the meantime, mix flour, salt and milk with a whisk well so that there are no lumps.

Add 5 eggs and mix in. Do not whisk the 6th egg, just pull it through the batter so that “stripes” are formed. These will look nice when cut open.

Pour the batter into the pan with the very hot oil. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and cut the casserole crosswise.

Reduce heat to 220 degrees and bake the casserole again for about 10-12 minutes. Serve presnac hot.
