Instructions:

For the meatballs, chop the onion, garlic and chili. Sauté lightly in a little butter with the parsley.

Cut the bread into cubes, soak in water and squeeze well.

Form 5 meat loaves from the dough and coat with breadcrumbs. Flatten slightly. Fry in oil and butter.
