Instructions:

For the sour cherry chocolate cake, beat the snow. Cream yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in cinnamon, coarsely grated chocolate and cherry rum.

Add the sour cherries. Mix the wholemeal flour with the baking powder and fold in. Finally, fold in the snow and pour into a greased and floured baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 170 °C.
