Instructions:

Fillet the oranges, collecting the resulting juice.

Heat the passion fruit syrup in a saucepan. Deglaze with Grand Marnier and white wine. Pour the collected orange juice on top. Add the cinnamon stick, nutmeg and gingerbread spice and simmer everything together for about 10 minutes in an open saucepan.

Pour the hot liquid over the orange fillets and leave to infuse for one night.
