Instructions:

The grown millet is steamed leisurely in salted milk. The apples are peeled, cut into slices and mixed with sugar and cinnamon. In a buttered dish put one third of millet, over it half of apples, repeat millet and apples and finish with millet. Milk and eggs are whisked, poured over it and the Tommerl is baked in the oven at medium heat.
