Try this delicious cake recipe:
Var. 1:
Mix all ingredients into a dough and form elongated dumplings. Finish baking in lard and cooking or linseed oil. The fat must always make when putting.
Var. 2:
Prepare all ingredients into a smooth dough and refrigerate. Cut smooth pieces of the dough with a teaspoon and bake in a deep fryer until golden brown. After baking, drain on a cake rack lined with paper towels and roll in sugar while still warm.
Var.3:
Mix all ingredients except oil and powdered sugar to a dough and cut out tips (diameter approx. 3-4 cm). Bake all together in deep oil or possibly lard until medium brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar…..the curd tips can be served both warm and cooled.
