For the bacon dumplings with wild garlic, mix well the bread cubes with eggs, milk, flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix in the finely chopped wild garlic and let the mixture stand for half an hour.

For the dumpling shape, take a dough, create a small hollow in the middle of the dough and put bacon cubes in it. Then form a dumpling out of it.

Repeat this until all the dough is formed into stuffed dumplings. in a pot put plenty of water and a teaspoon of salt, bring to a boil, put the bacon dumplings with wild garlic and simmer for 20 minutes.
