Instructions:

For the Mini Burgers with Blue Cheese and Mushrooms, first add to the mince egg, salt, pepper and TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Mix well and divide into 4 equal sized patties.

Grill patties until slightly pink (3 minutes on each side).

Slice mushrooms and sauté as well.

Slice the buns and toast them on the grill. Mix mayonnaise with mustard and spread on the bun. Place a piece of blue cheese on the bottom and the meat patty on top. Then place the diced onion, sautéed mushrooms and lettuce on top and close with the top half of the bun. Serve the mini burger with blue cheese and mushrooms.
