Instructions:

Using a cleaver, remove the bone ends of the legs. Remove the skin and fat from the meat.

Peel the pineapple, remove the stem and cut the flesh into cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-fry drumsticks and onion until brown. Add pineapple chunks and turn constantly back and forth to the other side for one minute Saute ginger, garlic and chilies for one minute.

Add coconut milk and water, bring to a boil and simmer at low temperature with lid closed, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour until meat is tender.
