Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Clean and dice the peppers and drain them sprinkled with salt for 3 hours.

Blanch (scald) the tomatoes with boiling hot water and skin them, then remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Cook the pasta until tender and then cool. Mix with the diced tomatoes, the washed and well squeezed fish roe strips, diced peppers, olive oil, basil and a few drops of Tabasco. Leave to marinate for 2 hours before serving.
