Peel and finely dice onions, press garlic through a press. Heat oil in a large frying pan, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add minced meat and brown while turning.
Stir paradeis pulp with 100 ml water and spices and add to meat. Do 5 min, then add 250 ml of water and do another 40 min at medium heat with lid closed.
Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
