Avocado in Bed of Vogue Lettuce

For the avocado in a bed of voger lettuce, first wash and spin the voger lettuce well. Remove the pit and peel from the avocados. Cut the avocado into wedges.

Stir together a marinade of lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pass the Vogerlalat through the marinade and arrange on plates. Place the avocado wedges on top and garnish with the flowers.

Serve the avocado in the bed of Vogerlsalat immediately, so that the avocado does not turn brown.
