For the gingerbread cubes, knead a dough from rye flour, cane sugar, eggs, honey, cinnamon, baking soda and gingerbread spice. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Roll out 1st part and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (30 x 20) and spread with the jam. For the filling, chop the fruits and nuts and spread them on the dough.

Roll out the 2nd part of the dough and place it on the filling and brush with beaten egg. Preheat oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Then cut gingerbread cubes.
