For the scones, first mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder and softened butter. Mix in as much yogurt or milk until the dough holds together well.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of two centimeters (or press it), cut out with round molds (5 cm ø) and brush with egg yolk. Bake the scones at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
