Instructions:

Cut tenderloin into 7 pieces, rinse, rub dry and fry unseasoned in a large frying pan in 2 tbsp vegetable oil until hot all around. Now remove the pieces of meat. Add the remaining oil to the frying pan and, after heating, fry the onion and garlic in it until translucent.

Then add the beef broth, maybe season a little bit with granulated clear soup, add the chicken pieces one more time and simmer everything together at low temperature for 60 minutes. At the end, remove the meat once more and keep warm, strain the broth through a sieve into a small pot, thicken to taste with cornstarch dissolved in water and serve with the chicken.

Serving : Neutral – long grain rice, mango chutney and sweet leaf salad Drink : Lychee – wine, tea or possibly moderate rose
