Instructions:

Mix polenta semolina and cereal flakes, boil soup and pour over it. Allow to swell for 30 minutes.

Grate the pumpkin flesh through the rösti grater.

Heat half of the clarified butter not too much, sauté onion, squeeze garlic and add and sauté until translucent. Add pumpkin and sauté, turning intermittently, for 5 min. Add to flake mixture form.

Egg beat, with all the remaining ingredients to the pumpkin mixture form, the amount by hand well, season with salt and freshly ground pepper strongly and form into Tätschli – Brätlinge. If the quantity is too wet, turn the Tätschli in breadcrumbs to the other side.

Heat remaining clarified butter and roast the pumpkin Tätschli on medium heat until beige in color.

Serve with: a large baking bowl of leaf salad.
