Instructions:

Beat the yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir into the mixture alternately with water and oil. Fold in the stiffly beaten snow. Spread onto a PerfectClean baking sheet. Bake on the lowest rack at hot air plus 160 °C, 25 minutes. For the topping, whisk Quimiq until smooth, mix in cocoa and powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread on the cooled cake. Sprinkle chestnut rice on top.
