Instructions:

For Japanese ketchup spaghetti, cook noodles according to package directions. Chop sausage, mushrooms, onion, garlic and bell bell pepper.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Add sausage and sauté for 1 minute. Add peppers and mushrooms and sauté until vegetables are tender.

Add ketchup, Worcester sauce and sugar to pan, if sauce is too thick, thin with spaghetti water. Season with salt and pepper.

Add spaghetti to pan and mix everything well. Pour milk over it and sprinkle the Japanese ketchup spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
