A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Soak the carcasses well in cold water, cut and sauté in olive oil. Extinguish with white wine, clean and slice mushrooms, add all spices and aromatics. Add 1 1/2 l of cold water, bring to boil and simmer at low temperature for 40 minutes. Keep skimming the foam that forms on the surface. Strain the soup through a fine sieve.

Cut the fish fillets into 2-3 cm thick strips and put them into the soup for a few minutes to cook. Cut pea pods and peeled carrots into strips and cook briefly in the soup. Add the trumpet mushrooms fried in oil to the soup as well.

Serve the fish soup in deep plates.
