Instructions:

For the dumpling dough mix curd, eggs and yolks, stir in butter, combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Season according to use and let stand for at least 1 hour.

Form small dumplings, place in boiling salted water and cook for about 12 minutes, depending on size below boiling point, the dumplings should not boil.

Remove with a perforated scoop, drain well and roll in savory or sweet butter crumbs.

Drizzle with melted butter if desired.
