Instructions:

For the tuna pizza, first make the dough. For this, lukewarm mineral water with the remaining ingredients knead well. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.

Knead the dough well again by hand and roll out the dough. Warm the strained tomatoes slightly and season with oregano and salt.

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and top with tuna, onion and mozzarella.

Bake the tuna pizza at 200 °C hot air for about 20 minutes.
