Instructions:

Make a pizza dough with milk, cream, flour and eggs. Let it rest for one hour. Then make thin pizokels (boil lightly salted water, cut the pizokels in portions into the water and let them stand for about ten minutes).

Caramelize the sugar in a frying pan. When it is light brown, add butter and remove from heat. Add a little water and let the sugar dissolve by stirring on a low fire. Add the sliced pears and cook for about ten minutes.

Mix the well drained pizokels with the stewed pears and fry them in a pan with a little bit of butter until crispy.
