For the rice:






Instructions:

First, wash the rice, drain and fry briefly in a pot with melted butter.

Add half of the water, salt and steam. Keep stirring and when the water has almost boiled away, add the rest.

In the meantime, wash and clean the sugar snap peas and cut them into small pieces. Fry the finely chopped onion in butter until translucent. Add the sugar snap peas and roast until crisp, add salt.

Mix the cooked rice with the sugar snap peas, add salt if necessary and serve.
