For pork tenderloin in white wine sauce, parcel the tenderloin and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice the shallots.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil, remove from the pan and sauté the shallot cubes in the drippings.

Add the white wine and the soup. Return the meat to the pan and let everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Mix the cornflour in cold water and add to the sauce.

Bring everything to the boil again. Season with mustard, salt and pepper and finally stir in the halved grapes. Do not let it boil anymore, just keep it warm.

Arrange the pork tenderloin in white wine sauce and serve.
