For the quick ham and cheese rolls with mushrooms, chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into slices. In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onion and mushrooms, add salt and then reduce the heat. Saute until soft and then add the parsley.

Place the ham slices one by one, put the butter cheese on top and then spread the mushroom mixture on top and roll up. Secure with a small wooden stick.

Fry in a pan with a little oil until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Arrange the ham and cheese rolls with mushrooms and serve.
