For the antipasti with mozzarella, drain the mozzarella and cut into rough cubes. Remove the stalks from the peppers as desired and cut the peppers in half if necessary, depending on their size. Peel and coarsely dice onion and mix with mozzarella, pepperoni and olives. Pluck basil leaves, wash with arugula, pat dry, and chop both. Peel and crush garlic, mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, stir in herbs, mix with antipasti ingredients and chill antipasti with mozzarella for about 30 minutes.
