Chocolate Pudding

For the chocolate pudding, beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar until the mixture turns white. Mix the milk with the cocoa powder and vanilla sugar and bring to the boil.

Then add the cornstarch to the egg yolk-sugar mixture and stir. When the milk boils, whisk in the starch-yolk-sugar mixture and continue to boil briefly.

Then turn off the heat and stir until the mixture sets and cools slightly. Pour the chocolate pudding into containers/glasses.
