Try this delicious cake recipe:

Mix fat until thick and creamy, add sugar and vanilla sugar by the spoonful, fold in eggs. Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder, sift and gradually stir into the meringue. Chop bananas (works well with a fork), dice ginger and fold both into the dough. Fill batter into greased loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes. Cover cake with icing by sifting powdered sugar and stirring with juice of one lemon. Serve with Jagertee in winter.
