Instructions:

First, quarter the figs almost to the bottom and press them apart a little.

Add ginger and balsamic vinegar on top and roast in the oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.

Wash and shred the lettuce. Marinate with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and place on a plate.

Fry the bacon in a pan and put it on the salad with the fried figs.

At the end sprinkle with cheese cubes and serve.
