Bacon is cut into cubes and fried until light brown. Cow’s milk is poured on top. The cow’s milk is boiled and the semolina is added.

Meanwhile, bubble until the quantity comes off the cooking spoon. After cooling, add egg and salt, form small dumplings and bubble them in salted water for 1000 minutes. They are served with beef soups.
