Instructions:

Mix wild garlic with a little oil in the Moulinette. From it, remove the wild garlic and keep the rest chilled and covered with oil in the refrigerator for further use.

Make a not too tough dough with flour, egg, water, salt and wild garlic paste and press it into boiling salted water through the dumpling sieve.

Either use as a side dish or serve with a cheese sauce.
