Instructions:

Mix the pudding powder in 100 ml of oat milk.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining oat milk with the sugar. When the oat milk boils, stir in the pudding powder and after about 1 minute, remove the pan from the heat.

Place the puff pastry sheets on baking sheets and spread the pudding in the center. Then spread berries on top of pudding and fold puff pastry over toward center to form a swirl. If necessary, pin with toothpicks.

Bake the strudel at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
