Instructions:

Peel mango and cut into pieces from the core. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Sprinkle both with juice of one lemon and finely mash together with the blender. Remove the peel from the onion, dice very finely and sauté in the melted butter until translucent.

Mix in the curry. Fill up with the soup and add the pureed fruit mixture. Mix well and heat. Add crème fraîche and season with a little salt, Tabasco sauce and sugar.

To serve, place on warmed deep plates and bring to the table sprinkled with coconut.
