Peel kohlrabi, cook in a little salted water for 10 min. Hollow out a little bit with a sharp-edged teaspoon. Chop the removed kohlrabi meat. Mix with ham cubes, egg, beefsteak mince, bell pepper, edel sweet, salt-cayenne pepper, cooking seasoning, paprika, mustard, parsley, ketchup, chives and tomato pepper cubes. Fill into the kohlrabi tubers. Melt light butter in a saucepan, sauté kohlrabi tubers in it, fill with beef broth. Cover and steam for half an hour until tender. Keep kohlrabi warm in a covered baking dish. Thicken the sauce with stirred flour. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over kohlrabi tubers. Serve with paprika rice.
