The host told us his recipe: Mix olive oil, flour, baking powder, vin santo, sugar, toasted pine nuts and raisins to make a dough. Form into cookies, place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees (gas 2-3, convection oven for twenty-five minutes at 160 degrees ) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for forty-five minutes.
